Le Blévec will be in Pointe a Pitre, Guadeloupe where he will take over the Ultime Sodebo of Thomas Coville as his new boat. The first race in the Actual colours will be Lorient-Bermuda-Lorient.

The skipper from La Trinité said, "The boat will be freshly prepared and launched in its new livery. I am putting together a team of experts, one in each key role, because this will be really the first big outing for the new boat. And from that point of view there is nothing better than a race. After that I will do a solo passage back so I can qualify for the Brest Oceans. Lorient-Bermuda-Lorient will accelerate my training. I am looking forward to taking part in this race which has been rejuvenated. I have very clear memories of the first edition from when I was a teenager. I followed it on Europe 1 and loved the finish with VSD and Paul Ricard close together. It is a remarkable memory and I am delighted to be competing in the revival of a race which has a 40 year history."
